Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Magical Moose LLC (“Magical Moose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates and publishes games. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information through our games, apps, website, and related services (“Services”), and describes your privacy rights and choices.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Collected Automatically
Device and identifiers: device model, operating system, language, app version, technical settings, player ID, Firebase installation and technical account IDs, and advertising-related identifiers. These include Android advertising and app set IDs, and Apple's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. Identifiers can be personal information even without your name.
Location: IP address and approximate location, such as country, region, or city, used by us and our partners for services and fraud prevention. Our games do not collect precise GPS location.
Gameplay and diagnostics: Information about how you use our games, including gameplay activity, crash reports, performance data, and security signals.
Advertising: For games that display advertisements, data relating to ad delivery, impressions, and interactions.
1.2 Information You Provide
When you contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your email, name, messages, screenshots, receipts, player ID, and app version, including details needed to locate records and verify privacy requests.
1.3 Purchase Information
Purchase and transaction information provided by the app store, including purchased items, purchase verification information, and payment or refund status. Payments are processed by the applicable app store; we do not receive your payment card details.
1.4 Privacy Choices and Agreements
We record your privacy settings and accepted Terms versions and dates. Website collection is outlined in Section 9.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and improve our Services: Operate and personalize games, analyze gameplay, and resolve technical issues.
Manage purchases: Verify transactions, deliver items, and prevent duplicate transactions.
Protect our Services: Prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents.
Provide advertising: Show ads and measure their performance.
Provide support: Respond to support and privacy requests.
Manage choices and legal obligations: Record privacy choices and Terms acceptance, comply with laws, enforce our Terms, and resolve disputes.
3. Children's Privacy
Our games are intended for players aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
4. International Transfers
Magical Moose is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process your information in other countries where privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information during these transfers.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it, subject to necessary legal, fraud prevention, dispute, and agreement enforcement retention. Advertising partners retain information under their own policies.
Local progress and settings: Until you use in-game deletion, uninstall the game, or clear app data. Device backups follow your backup settings.
Analytics: Up to 14 months for data covered by Firebase Analytics’ retention settings.
Crash reports: Firebase retains crash data for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
Purchase records: As needed for refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and accounting, generally up to 7 years.
Technical account: Until deletion is requested or it is no longer needed to secure requests to our servers and verify purchases, subject to the exceptions above.
Support emails: Up to 2 years after resolution.
Privacy request and choice records: 24 months for historical records. This period does not itself cancel an active opt out.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. How We Share Information
7.1 Providers and Partners
We share information with:
Service providers that process it for us under contract, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email, and support providers.
Advertising partners.
App stores for purchase verification and related transactions.
7.2 Other Disclosures
We may also share information:
When we believe it is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety, including investigating fraud or security issues.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
At your direction or with your consent.
7.3 Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, allowing advertising partners to collect information through our games may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under U.S. state laws. These partners may use that information to infer your interests. Section 10 explains how to opt out.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Google Firebase
We use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, remote game settings, security checks, and purchase verification and records. Depending on the feature, it processes device information, identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location, gameplay and crash data, and purchase information. We associate the player ID with Analytics and Crashlytics records to help locate data for privacy requests.
Privacy information: Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy.
8.2 Advertising Partners: AppLovin, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads
In games that display ads, we use AppLovin MAX or Google AdMob to select and deliver ads from AppLovin, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads. These partners may collect advertising identifiers (on Apple devices only with tracking permission), device information, IP addresses, approximate location, and ad interactions to show and measure ads, personalize ads, and prevent fraud. They may use information for their own purposes under their policies. We will update our partner list before adding another advertising partner.
Partner policies: AppLovin, Google (AdMob), and Unity.
8.3 App Stores and Payments
Apple and Google process app store payments and exchange purchase confirmation, product, and refund information with us. Their independent practices are described in the Apple and Google privacy policies.
8.4 Other Websites and Services
Our Services may include links or ads for third party websites and services. Their privacy policies govern information they independently collect. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
9. Our Website and Cookies
Our website and hosting provider process IP addresses, browser and device information, and browsing activity to operate, secure, and maintain the website. We use necessary cookies and have enabled our hosting platform’s restriction on non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
10. Your Privacy Choices
Where required, we ask for consent separately. To opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option. We communicate your choice to our advertising partners and limit advertising uses accordingly. You may still see ads, and information may still be processed for permitted purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
For additional controls, use your device's tracking settings on iOS and Android.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Learn how we collect, use, and share your information.
Access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information.

Appeal a denied request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11.2 Deleting Your Data
Use Delete My Data in the game’s Settings or email us as described under “Submit a request.”
In-game deletion requires an internet connection. It requests deletion of information linked to your player ID and permanently clears local progress, settings, and Virtual Items. We cannot restore deleted progress or items, including unused purchases. Email requests do not clear local saves.
We delete linked personal information and arrange provider deletion where applicable. Section 5 explains retention periods and exceptions, including those for previously submitted crash reports. We explain applicable exceptions and remove your player ID from retained purchase records.
Deletion requests submitted to us may not cover information advertising partners hold independently for their own purposes. To request deletion of that information, use the partners’ privacy links in Section 8.2. We forward deletion requests where required by applicable law.
Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local saves but does not request deletion from us or our partners. Delete relevant device backups separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post notice of significant changes on this page at least seven days before they take effect. Previous versions are available on request.
